1. Entry & Access Control
- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or accreditation pass.
- All attendees, artists, vendors, and crew must go through security screening before entry.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue unless approved by event management.
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas (VIP, backstage, media zones, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
- Entry gates open at 3:00 PM, and all participants are advised to arrive early for accreditation checks.
2. Security & Safety
- Security personnel and the Ghana Police Service will be stationed throughout the venue.
- Bags and belongings are subject to inspection at all gates.
- The following are strictly prohibited: weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, glass bottles, drones, laser pointers, and outside food or drinks.
- Anyone found engaging in violent, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will be removed immediately.
- In case of emergencies, follow directions from security and event staff.
3. Tickets & Wristbands
- Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a full cancellation by the organizers.
- Damaged or tampered wristbands/tickets will not be accepted for entry.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times within the event grounds and are non-transferable.
- Counterfeit tickets will lead to denied entry and possible prosecution.
4. Health & Accessibility
- Medical and first aid stations will be available on-site.
- Wheelchair users and persons with disabilities will have designated access points and seating areas.
- Attendees with medical needs should notify staff upon arrival for appropriate assistance.
- Stay hydrated and report any health emergencies immediately.
5. Media & Photography
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and broadcast purposes.
- Unauthorized professional cameras, drones, or livestreaming equipment are not allowed without media accreditation.
- Official event photographers and videographers will be identifiable by their badges.
6. Artist, Vendor & Media Accreditation
- All artists, vendors, and media personnel must register and collect accreditation before the event.
- Each artist or vendor is entitled to one manager or assistant pass.
- All accreditations must be displayed clearly at all times within the venue.
- Misuse or sharing of passes will result in revocation of access.
7. Code of Conduct
- Respect all attendees, staff, and performers.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and to persons 18 years and older.
- Smoking is allowed only in approved smoking zones.
- Littering is prohibited — please use designated bins to keep the venue clean.
8. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
- In the case of event cancellation, refund details will be communicated via official channels.
- The organizers are not liable for weather-related interruptions, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Lost & Found
- A Lost & Found desk will be located near the main gate.
- Unclaimed items after 7 days will be handed over to local authorities or donated.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
- Attendance is at your own risk.
- The organizers, partners, and venue management are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising during the event, except as required by law.
- Attendees are advised to keep personal belongings secure at all times.
11. Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify, delay, or substitute performances, schedules, or access arrangements without prior notice for operational or safety reasons.
Important: By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
