Media Terms & Accreditation Policy

Beyond Kontrol Concert at Accra Sports Stadium

Purpose

Media accreditation for the Beyond Kontrol Concert is designed to grant approved journalists, photographers, bloggers, and content creators access to cover the event in a professional and organized manner while maintaining safety, privacy, and integrity of the show experience.

Media Accreditation Requirements

Application Deadline

Monday, 8th December 2025

All media representatives must apply for accreditation through the official Beyond Kontrol Media Portal. Applicants must provide:

•Full name and contact information
•Name of media organization / platform
•Designation (e.g. Journalist, Photographer, Videographer)
•Official ID or assignment letter from their media organization
•Links to previous relevant work or coverage

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Approval Process

  • •Approved applicants will receive an official confirmation email and Media Accreditation Pass.
  • •Passes are non-transferable and valid only for the named holder.
  • •The organizers reserve the right to approve or deny accreditation without explanation.

Access & Conduct

Approved media will receive access according to their accreditation type:

Press (Interview & Content Coverage)

Press area, red carpet, and general audience zones

Photo/Video (Visual Coverage)

Designated photo pit during approved time windows

Digital Creators/Influencers

Based on partnership agreements or invitation

Media personnel must:

  • •Display their media badge visibly at all times.
  • •Follow all instructions from security and event staff.
  • •Not interfere with artist performances, stage setups, or audience experience.
  • •Seek prior approval before conducting artist or VIP interviews.

Content Usage Policy

  • •All recorded materials (photo, video, or audio) are for editorial and promotional coverage only.
  • •Commercial use, resale, or branding partnership of any event footage requires written permission from Beyond Kontrol management.
  • •Media must credit "Beyond Kontrol Concert – Medikal Live at Accra Sports Stadium" in all published content.
  • •Organizers reserve the right to use any media coverage (photo/video/interviews) for future promotional purposes with credit where applicable.

Restrictions

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • ✗Unauthorized live streaming or full-length performance recording
  • ✗Use of drones or aerial cameras without prior approval
  • ✗Personal opinions or defamatory content against the event, organizers, or performers

Violations will lead to immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

Video & Photo Disclaimers

General Attendee Disclaimer

By entering the Accra Sports Stadium for the Beyond Kontrol Concert, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by authorized media and event personnel.

Your image, voice, and likeness may be captured for promotional, broadcast, or documentation purposes in any media format worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation.

Artist & Performer Protection

All artists, performers, and special guests maintain rights to their image, name, and performance. Any use of their likeness for commercial gain without written approval is strictly forbidden.

Social Media Disclaimer

Attendees are encouraged to share their personal experiences on social media, provided content does not:

  • •Misrepresent the event, artists, or sponsors
  • •Violate privacy or safety regulations
  • •Include unauthorized backstage or restricted-area recordings

By posting tagged content (#BeyondKontrolConcert, #MedikalLive), you grant the organizers permission to repost or share your content with credit.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • •Media personnel enter and operate on-site at their own risk.
  • •The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to equipment.
  • •Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate removal from the venue and potential denial of future accreditation.

Post-Event Coverage

All approved media are requested to share links or copies of their post-event coverage within 7 days after the event to:
